Each course follows the same proven structure. Work through one module per week — together as a couple — for lasting transformation. Here is how every course works.
Start each module by watching the companion video. It frames the topic, names the dynamics, and prepares you for the written content.
Read the complete module after watching. It expands the teaching with biblical grounding, psychological research, and real-life application.
Each module has a companion worksheet. Print two copies — one per spouse. The worksheet is where the real transformation happens.
Both spouses complete their worksheets individually before sharing. Private completion produces honest answers. Sharing produces connection.
Read your answers to each other openly. Listen to understand — not to respond. No blame. No defensiveness. Let the conversation do the work.
Work through one module at a time in order. Do not skip. The sequence is intentional — each module builds on the one before it.
